Chef Randall is a licensed professional chef who's been in business for TEN years.  His favorite dishes to create are Caribbean and Japanese Fusion dishes.

Chef Randall Benjamin is a very eclectic chef who can create any type of cuisine that you may be looking for. He is not limited to any one cuisine or style.
 
He takes immense pleasure in cooking, especially for his wife. As far as educating his customers is concerned, he cautions against overcooking your vegetables. "Vegetables should be cooked just until the color heightens. Any more cooking really kills the vitamins."
 
Chef Randall attended the Institute of Culinary Education, New York, NY., graduating in Restaurant Management and earning a Culinary Arts Degree.
