Master Chef of Fusion Cuisine
Chef Randall Benjamin

I am a firm believer that cooking is an art and requires the basic knowledge and fundamentals of culinary and also the passion and creativity to bring worlds and cultures together though food. I master taking various ingredients from all over the world and recreating childhood favorite meals or cultural food and presenting it to you in a way you have never seen it before. I consider my food to be very Romantic and I love to see the delightful affect that my cuisine has on my clients. I am a master of walking into a room and seeing the event unfold before me; I know what the guest should be eating, how the décor, the colors and textures of the food should complement each other. Weddings, religious functions, menu planning, theme parties, romantic dinners, black & white affairs; if you can think of your theme I can bring it to life.

Definition of Fusion Food:
food with international influences: a style of cooking that uses ingredients and techniques from around the world, especially one that combines Eastern and Western influences

Another incarnation of fusion cuisine is the more eclectic approach, featuring original dishes using varieties of ingredients from various cuisines and regions. Such chefs are often trendy and have no singular thematic cohesion other than innovative eclecticism in their menus. This chef features a wide variety of dishes inspired by combinations of various regional cuisines with new ideas resulting in a stimulatingly delicious taste. According to Chef Randall Benjamin, this is "sexy food!"
