and recreating childhood favorite meals or cultural food and presenting
it to you in a way you have never seen it before. I consider my food to
be very Romantic and I love to see the delightful affect that my
cuisine has on my clients. I am a master of walking into a room and
seeing the event unfold before me; I know what the guest should be
eating, how the décor, the colors and textures of the food should
complement each other. Weddings, religious functions, menu planning,
theme parties, romantic dinners, black & white affairs; if you can
